But the doors are heavy, and every time a cleaner came or went, the doors would go "BANG-Bang-bang" as they bounced against the locks. The housekeepers flip the security lock on the doors for rooms they are cleaning to prevent the door from closing and locking behind them. The morning we checked out was a crashing reminder of reality (literally). ![]() We also sat next to a table stacked high with its previous users dishes for the whole time we were there). Service was VERY slow (it took about ten minutes for someone to ask if we needed drinks, and our plates weren't cleared in a timely manner. Details below.Īspects of the room were in need of some TLC - furniture was beat up, carpets were stained, and the shower didn't drain properly (the drain was in the high end of the shower stall, so the water pooled about a half-inch to an inch with every shower). Management DID respond to my concerns from the check-out survey, however. Overall, the experience was good, but nothing to be super excited over. Spent one night at the hotel for an event in their top floor lounge that evening. ![]()
